The 21-year-old star jumped from No. 65 on last year’s list all the way to first place, beating the likes of Jessica Alba, Scarlett Johansson and Hilary Duff. We can probably look forward to many interviews in the near future where Fox complains how hard it is to be beautiful in Hollywood.

“She’s young, she’s hot, she’s a rising star and her sex appeal has definitely transformed this year’s list,” says FHM Online U.S. Editor J.R. Futrell. “She’s got a great future ahead of her.”
