Image Entertainment has officially announced their plans (via a trade ad & early alert to retailers) to bring the 2010 Mitch Glazer independent action/drama film “Passion Play” starring Mickey Rourke, Bill Murray, and Megan Fox to Blu-ray Disc on May 24th. Tech specs for the release include full 1080p Hi-Def video in the 2.40:1 aspect ratio and DTS-HD 5.1 Master Audio sound — the latter two of which have been confirmed. The title is already available for PRE-ORDER over at Amazon with a $20.99 price tag. The bonus materials set to be included on this release either are not going to exist or haven’t yet been announced — stay tuned if the latter turns out to be the case.
